This basic all-rye sourdough loaf has a deep malty flavour which works well with smoked fish or cured meats. Rye contains less gluten than wheat, so it’s normally easier to digest.

Astons Bread is made from Organic ingredients and delivered to us on a fresh on Thursdays. For customers having a delivery on a Tuesday or Wednesday the bread will be freshly frozen on the day of baking.
